Job Description

Salary: $211,000 - 251,000 per year Requirements:

• Professional fluency in both Brazilian Portuguese and English
• Experience building and scaling end-to-end production systems
• Strong problem-solving ability, especially in fast-moving and ambiguous settings
• A builder and tinkerer mindset with high initiative and a drive to ship
• Comfort working directly with customers to understand needs and solve practical problems
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to be clear, direct, and persuasive across technical and non-technical audiences
• Preferred: experience building or deploying AI/LLM systems in production
• Preferred: founder or founding engineer experience, with exposure to balancing craft, ownership, and speed
• Preferred: familiarity with eval frameworks, agent tooling, RAG pipelines, and prompt engineering
• Preferred: experience with React, TypeScript, and/or Go
• Preferred: prior roles involving customer interaction or technical project leadership with external stakeholders

• Design and deliver production-grade AI agents that are reliable, high-performing, and intuitive
• Own the Agent Development Life Cycle from pilot through deployment and ongoing iteration
• Build, tune, and evolve AI agents in production while helping define best practices for ADLC
• Work directly with leaders at large enterprises to understand business challenges and create AI agents that improve operations at scale
• Partner with innovative startups to embed AI agents across their business systems and drive efficiency
• Use customer feedback to influence the evolution of our core platform
• Identify unmet needs, prototype new tools and features, and collaborate with research, product, and platform teams to shape the future of AI agent development
• Work on example initiatives such as churn-reduction agents, customer-interaction agents, industry-specific frameworks, design partnerships for new product ideas, and large-scale voice model integrations
