ServiceNow AI Control Tower Solution Architect

POSITION OVERVIEW

• The client Systems Integration team is seeking a hands-on ServiceNow Technical Solution Architect to lead the implementation of the ServiceNow AI Control Tower for the high-priority Cigna TAILWIND project. This role requires an experienced architect who can seamlessly combine deep technical execution with team leadership and C-suite/executive stakeholder communication. The mission is to hit the ground running on an active, short-term project to architect, deploy, and govern the AI Control Tower environment without requiring onboarding ramp-up time.

DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the technical architecture and hands-on deployment of the ServiceNow AI Control Tower application within the client environment.
• Serve as the primary technical point of contact and solution architect for client leadership, technical leads, and enterprise stakeholders.
• Provide technical leadership and governance to the delivery team to ensure rapid, zero-defect execution on a tight timeline.
• Establish platform governance, data models, and architectural patterns aligned with enterprise-level ServiceNow best practices.
• Manage immediate implementation bottlenecks, system integration workflows, and technical resolution paths.
• Drive stakeholder alignment by translating complex platform architecture and AI governance framework capabilities into actionable executive updates.

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Hands-on ServiceNow AI Control Tower implementation experience (2+ months hands-on experience)
• ServiceNow Solution Architecture & Enterprise Platform Design (5+ years)
• Active ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification
• Active ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification

They bring authoritative technical presence, hold active CSA and CAD certifications, and possess the expert capability to immediately step into an active engagement, lead developers, and guide executive stakeholders without ramp-up time.

Job Responsibilities

• Direct the technical delivery team while maintaining strict adherence to enterprise platform governance and architecture standards.
