experienced Health Coach Manager to join our team and lead our health coaches to success.

The role

The Health Coach Manager is responsible for leading a team of health coaches, and ensuring

accountability for financial results, customer experience and retention, and Marek's treatment

guidelines. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in coaching, excellent leadership

skills, and a proven ability to drive financial performance.

What you'll do

Team leadership

  • Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of health coaches.
  • Conduct regular team meetings and one-on-one sessions to provide guidance and support.
  • Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of health coaches.

Financial accountability

  • Hold team members accountable for financial goals and objectives.
  • Analyze financial performance data and develop action plans to achieve financial targets.
  • Collaborate with senior management to set and monitor financial KPIs.

Operational excellence

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Address and resolve any issues or concerns related to service delivery.

Book of business management

  • Maintain and grow a portfolio of clients.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve client retention and satisfaction.
  • Monitor and track client progress, ensuring high standards of service delivery.

What you bring

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Health Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in a sales environment, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial position.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze financial data and drive performance.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and health management software.

Role expectations

  • Full-time, remote.
  • Reports to the Director of Sales.
  • Ability to work in the EST time zone.
  • Required to participate in various in-person events throughout the year, including marketing initiatives and team gatherings, to foster team cohesion and enhance market presence.
