Each day, a Filtration Technician works alongside teammates to operate equipment, monitor production, solve problems, and keep the manufacturing process running safely and efficiently.
A Filtration Technician makes an impact by producing high-quality filtration products through attention to detail, teamwork, safety, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
Education:Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to identify and communicate potential quality or production issues.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team, communicate clearly, prioritize tasks, and maintain a strong commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
Physical Requirements / Work EnvironmentCompensation and Benefits
The hourly pay range estimated for this position based in New York is $16.10–$24.15.This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
