Job Description

Location: Nashville, TN (Tennessee Titans Stadium)
Shift: 1st Shift (Approx. 6:00 AM 2:30 PM)

Position Overview

We are seeking reliable Fiber Technician I candidates to support a large-scale low-voltage and fiber infrastructure project at the Tennessee Titans Stadium. This role will focus primarily on pulling high-count fiber and supporting experienced splicers in a high-production environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for entry to mid-level technicians looking to gain experience on a major stadium project while working alongside skilled fiber teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with pulling high-count backbone fiber through pathways and risers
  • Support installation of fiber from NTR to MDF/IDF and other network rooms
  • Work extensively from lifts to complete vertical and overhead cable runs
  • Assist with routing, dressing, and securing fiber cables
  • Support fiber splicers with:
    • Cable prep
    • Material handling
    • Organization of splice enclosures and work areas
  • Help maintain clean and organized job sites
  • Follow all project drawings, standards, and installation guidelines
  • Work closely with team leads and project managers to support production goals
Work Environment
  • Active construction site (stadium environment)
  • Heavy use of lifts for pulling and installation
  • High-volume, production-driven project
  • Work may involve:
    • Long cable pulls
    • Working at heights
    • Outdoor and indoor conditions
Required Qualifications
  • Basic experience in low voltage or fiber cabling
  • Ability to assist with cable pulling and installation
  • Strong work ethic and reliability (must show up ready to work)
  • Comfortable working from lifts and at heights
  • Ability to follow direction and work as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience on fiber or structured cabling projects
  • Familiarity with:
    • Cable pathways
    • Basic fiber handling practices
  • Experience working on large commercial or stadium projects
Certifications (Required)
  • OSHA 10
  • Lift Certification
Certifications (Preferred)
  • CPR Certification (can be obtained if needed)
Tools & Equipment
  • Must bring basic tools:
    • Wire/fiber cutters
    • Screwdrivers
    • Basic hand tools
  • Drill (preferred but not required)
  • Full PPE required:
    • Hard hat
    • Safety vest
    • Gloves
    • Safety glasses
    • Work boots
