Job Title: Entry Level Sales Representative
Company: Mt. Pleasant Window & Remodeling Co.
Location: Murrysville, PA
Pay: $40,000 – $80,000 per year (Base pay + 4 Uncapped Bonuses & Commissions + $1,500K Sign on Bonus)

Mt. Pleasant Window & Remodeling Co. is hiring Entry-Level Sales Representatives to join our growing team. No previous sales experience is required. We provide paid training and teach you everything you need to know to succeed.

How you’ll make an impact

As an Entry-Level Sales Representative , you'll be the first point of contact between homeowners and our company.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Engage with homeowners in pre-selected residential territories.
• Introduce homeowners to our award-winning remodeling products and services.
• Identify homeowners who may benefit from a remodeling project.
• Set free in-home consultation appointments for our outside sales team.
• Build genuine relationships with homeowners by understanding their needs.
• Work alongside teammates and managers to continuously improve your approach.
• Develop valuable sales, negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Represent Mt. Pleasant Window & Remodeling Co. at home shows, trade shows, expos, and community events.
• Work outdoors, stay active, and meet new people every day.
• Build the skills and experience needed to advance into sales and management opportunities within the company.

You don't need years of sales experience to succeed here. We provide the training. You bring the attitude, work ethic, and desire to win!

What You'll Earn

• Base pay + multiple bonuses + uncapped commissions
• $1,500K Sign on Bonus
• Bonuses paid daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually
• $40,000-$80,000 + total annual earning potential
• Uncapped earning potential for high performers

One of our representatives averaged $54/hour during their first month.

Requirements

• Ability to work until approximately 6:30–7:00 PM Monday–Friday, with some weekends as needed.
• Ability to walk and work outdoors for extended periods.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel locally within assigned territories.
• Ability to communicate professionally with homeowners.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
